Our Banovička discount card members enjoy special benefits during their stay: 2 children under the age of 12 stay for free, and pensioners receive a 10% discount on bed and breakfast for stays of 3 nights or more.

The discount card also provides discounts with local providers and allows you to collect purchase values at all sales points in Terme Banovci.

Thank you for your reservation. We kindly ask you to review the following hotel terms and conditions:

• A valid payment card is required to guarantee your reservation.
• The price is per person per night, VAT (9.5%) is included in the price. Tourist tax and registration fees are not included. The tourist tax is €2.50 per person per night, €1.25 for guests under 18, €1.25 for mobile home accommodation, and €1.25 for the FKK campsite. The registration fee is a one-time charge of €3.00 per person.
• The reservation is guaranteed with a credit card number. Your credit card will not be charged for confirmation of the reservation. Confirmed reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations 6–4 days before arrival, 30% of the total package (advance payment) will be charged. For cancellations 3 days before arrival, on the day of arrival, or "NO SHOW," 80% of the ordered services or the total package will be charged.
• If a guest does not have a payment card, a deposit of 30% of the total package value is required as a guarantee. This deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. If you wish to book without a credit card, you must make your reservation via email at info@terme-banovci.si.
• Check-in is available after 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
• Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Late check-out will incur additional charges.
• Children aged 15 and over are considered adults, and full prices will be charged. When booking, children above this age must be included as adults.
• The total amount is payable at the reception upon departure.

Discounts for Banovička card members

• Two children under the age of 12 stay for free (bed and breakfast) in a room with two adults if they have the BANOVIČKA card (dinner is charged as an additional meal).
• PENSIONERS 10% DISCOUNT ON BED AND BREAKFAST – applies for a minimum stay of 3 nights if they have our discount card. DISCOUNTS DO NOT COMBINE AND ARE MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE.

General Discounts

• A child in a room with two adults on a bed or extra bed

• 2 children under 11.99 years stay free in all cases (2 adults or 1 adult).

For each additional child:

• 0–3.99 years: free

• 4–6.99 years: 50% discount

• 7–11.99 years: 30% discount

• 12–17.99 years: 10% discount

• In cases where there is only one adult, a single-use fee of €30.00 is always charged.

• If children stay for free, one adult pays €30.00.
