Daily “Themed” Program

Each day brings a new story, a different aroma, and a unique energy. Our programs are guided by experienced sauna masters who add peelings, masks, and themed music for a complete sensory experience.

• Monday – Beer & Pretzels: relaxed atmosphere, meadow flowers, a glass of beer and social vibes
• Tuesday – Silence & Touch: calm, lavender, meditative sounds and gong
• Wednesday – Sweet Prlekija: chocolate-honey peeling, strawberry aroma, soft music
• Thursday – Earth & Body: pine scent, gongs, connection with nature
• Friday – Love Your Body: rose, essential ice, playful and sensual
• Saturday – Tea Time & Evening Relaxation: orange, sauna under the stars, herbal tea ritual
• Sunday – Inner Peace & Prlekija Story: mint, Prlekija herbal whirl, gentle music

Sauna Opening Hours

Sauna Rituals During Full and New Moon

During the full and new moon, the body responds especially well to the warmth of the sauna. On these days, we prepare special programs with air circulation rituals, Himalayan singing bowls, chocolate peelings, and vitamin treatments.

*During special sauna programs, evening opening hours are extended until 7:00 PM.
